At Ruchika S. Designs, your satisfaction is important to us. We hope you love every piece you bring into your home, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If approved, you’ll receive a refund for the purchase price, minus any original shipping charges.

Please note that sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Ruchika@RuchikaSDesigns.com with your order details.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable shipping charges.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Ruchika@RuchikaSDesigns.com.

At Ruchika S. Designs, we take care in preparing and shipping each order with attention to detail.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after Friday afternoon, over the weekend, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales and holiday periods, processing times may extend up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

As a Textile Designer, I like to experiment on different surfaces with different mediums.  You can find my art on textiles, canvas and paper. 

I am excited to share all the new handmade products with you including table linens, kimonos, and more.
